Tools and Materials:
- 1/3 yard of fabric (quilting cotton or other lightweight fabric- choose a main fabric and contrast. A fat quarter will work perfectly, but a ¼ yard cut of fabric off the bolt will be too narrow for the pants pieces)
- Scrap of contrast fabric (minimum 14 x 10 inches)
- ⅜ inch wide elastic (10-11 inches)
- 11 inches of cord or ribbon for faux drawstring bow
- Basic sewing supplies (machine, scissors, thread, pins)
